Shipping (Delivery) Policy – Foodvillage

1. Delivery Areas

Foodvillage currently delivers within specific zones in  Pabna.

Orders placed outside our serviceable areas will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 30–60 minutes, depending on restaurant preparation time, distance, and traffic conditions.

Customers will be notified in case of any unexpected delays.

3. Delivery Charges

A delivery fee may apply based on distance and location.

Any applicable charges will be shown clearly before confirming the order.

4. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders in real-time through the Foodvillage app.

5. Failed Delivery

If the rider is unable to deliver due to wrong address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order will be marked as “failed delivery” and may not be refunded.

6. Contactless Delivery

On request, Foodvillage offers contactless delivery, where the rider will leave the food at the customer’s doorstep.
