All food orders placed through Foodvillage are subject to restaurant availability.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to traffic, weather, or restaurant preparation time.
Customers must ensure correct delivery information is provided. Foodvillage is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details or customer unavailability.
4. Payments
Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Additional delivery charges and taxes may apply.
Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery or through supported online payment options (if available).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled within a limited time after placement and are subject to restaurant approval.
Refunds, if applicable, will follow our Refund Policy.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless cancellation is initiated by Foodvillage or the restaurant.
6. Liability
Foodvillage acts only as a platform between users, restaurants, and delivery partners.
Food quality, preparation, and packaging are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.
Foodvillage is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or issues arising from restaurant operations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and designs within the Foodvillage app and website are owned by or licensed to FoodVillage. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pabna, Bangladesh.
